I went on an email deleting binge last night and, for the first time in five years, there are no items in my inbox. Zero. They’ve all been dealt with (responded to, acted upon, or deleted) appropriately.

I think I’ll go outside now.

    Have you checked out Neo (www.emailorganizer.com)? I’ve been using it for about a year now and really like it. Very nice utility for managing my Outlook mailbox.

    Thanks Hans. I just downloaded their demo and will give it a try. Outlook’s search is horrid, and I’m eager to see what NEO has to offer.
