The bike rental fell through. Despite having made a reservation and providing a credit card number and calling to confirm, the kid running it had given out all the bikes in my size. There, behind him, was a calendar with my name in light blue highlighter. Sigh.
The day wasn’t totally a waste. I visited an “earth cache” kind of far southwest of town and saw some sun:

Bummer about no bike, but great pictures. Can I use the sunset one as wall paper?
